An experience that I recommend to all students

My name is Irina, I'm Spanish and I'm doing the 7-month pastry, French and Internship program.

I studied pastry and French for 3 months and now I am doing the Internship at Le clair de la plume - hôtel de charme en Provence a Michelin star restaurant / hotel in Grignan.

Since I was very young that I liked pastry and for me it was a dream to come to France to study what I really like, dream that today I can say I have fulfilled.

What I didn't expect was the opportunity to work in a Michelin star hotel which is being an incredible and friendly experience in which I am learning a lot of pastry and French next to incredible and super good people. An experience that I recommend to all students.
